Congrats fishfish!
What an awesome accomplishment. You are a shining light for this WOL/WOE!
And yes - it takes very little alcohol to get bombed when eating low carb!

Hey fishburg (are we related?), I wouldn't really call it will power; will power implies a struggle to overcome a burning desire. I think it is a little deeper than that. I am very committed to what I am doing, and frankly, I have not struggled very much, as with low fat dieting. I am of the belief that I am a carb addict, and to not have them is to (usually) not crave them. So, fortunately, I have not had too many will power struggles; although when I have had them, I have prevailed. I am sure there will be times in the future when I will slip; and hopefully, when I do, I will quickly get back on track.

Hey Fish! Congratulations! You've probably bought yourself a few years. I love reading about people literally getting their life back. You're a new person!
