Hi all, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy I found it to LC while on vacation, as long as I have been doing this (on/off) I never even tried to stick with it during vacation. But what the heck we are in charge of what we eat not the other way around right!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, other than two ice cream cones over the 10 days, I really stayed LCing and proved to myself yet again that this is the lifestyle for me. I had so much more energy, and we walked and walked. Also, we went to an amusement park one day, and I fit on all the rides, I didn't even have to sit in the seats specially marked for "larger people". And managed to lose 3 more pounds, life is ok , other than being back to work today of course!!!

My DH is working on being able to sit in a booth at a restaurant. Still isn't there yet, but well on the way.

You're an inspiration. I had made my goal, was on maintenance and then blew it while traveling. I was really good when I traveled a year ago, so this time around, I just let go. 11 pounds later.......... Now I'm back in induction. Oh well, at least I'm getting back in the saddle, right! I am going to keep you in mind when I vacation next (and the 11 pounds) You go girl!
