Cancun is a wonderful place to vacation. We stayed at the Gran Caribe, absolutely beautiful hotel resort with amazing staff. Every employee will bend over backwards to make you happy

The most important thing was that DH & I reconnected and relaxed. We even got romantic!

Glad you had a great time! I love traveling - been to Cancun but not to that hotel. Lately, I've fallen in love with cruises. Totally stress free vacation. I've got one booked in October for the Panama Canal - goes to Cayman and Cozumel and Columbia and Costa Rica. Then in November we are going on an inaugaral sailing of Mariner of the Seas to the Caribbean.

Last Febuary we spent a fantastic week in the Mayan Rivera - 40 mile from the Cancun airport. Across from Cozumel!!! I felt like I was in a National Geographic Show!!! Snorkling, Climbing the Mayan Temples, visiting the Mayan People in their homes and chasing the Spider and Holwing Monkey through the Jungle!! At night strolling along the beach!! It was a second Honeymoon for us!!
