Default lost some weight

just went to Curves for my daily exercise, and weighed myself. I have lost two pounds since Monday. I am really pumped up now about this plan. I am actually forcing myself to eat my meals. I feel great- haven't got tired yet, nor do I feel shaky like others have told me would happen.
This weekend I am going to buy my vitamins.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!

It makes it easier to stick with this WOE when you can see such good results so quickly. A lot easier not to cheat when you know how well it's working!

Keep it up!

Starting a journal is also a good idea - then in a month you can look back and see where you started.

Good luck!
