Hi Everyone,

Oh! Am I pleased to have found this! This whole style of living can be a challenge, so any support is a wonder! I've read a few posts and decided to join in on the fun
I've previously lost about 15 pounds on Atkins, then went travelling and dropped the whole program for the duration - ummm... and then some. Ok - so not my most intelligent move as I've gained back virtually all the weight. SO, with no travels in sight (whew!) I"m ready to roll again. But into the first week is always the trickiest for me. Darn cravings!!
At any rate - I'm looking forward to all the information and support that's altogether sadly lacking where I live. WHEN will Canada come to realize that people here want some of the low-carb products so tantalizingly available in the states?
Well - that was abit wordy, so I'm off to enjoy some posts!

Hi Openarms!

Welcome to the forum!

I am sure you will find this is a great place to learn and share with your fellow low carbers. It sure has been a help to me. Hope your second try on Atkins is a rewarding one. You did it before, and I know you can do it again!!
