I noticed that ediets has an Atkins programs. Has anyone every used their program with menus etc. If so, how did you like it?

I've looked a little into it but I didn't want to pay the fee. I found out just reading the atkins book and this forum is all I need.

I have not been to eDiets since they added an Atkins option, but in 2000 I lost 10 lbs. on their program (pre-wedding). I found their menus helpful as a guide, but I didn't follow them perfectly. I also enjoyed the fourms, but you have that here for free.

yes, I actually did sign up for ediets for atkins (before I knew about atkins.com and this wonderful site) and made the mistake of signing up for about $69.00 dollars!!! When I could of got more information here. I wouldn't recommend it...they give you a diet menu plan but you could get that here under recipies and also through atkins.com

Hope this reaches on time before you sign up.

I have heard some negative things about it as well, basically indicating that its not worth it.
