Default Anyone doing 8 min in the morning?

Someone recently told me about Jorge Cruise and I think i think i looks like a great program. Is anyone else following it? How is it working for you?

For more info you can go to www.jorgecruise.com. It looks like a great program for those of us that are crunched for time.

Hi Sun! I did 8 minutes for a few weeks but it interfered with my first-thing-in-the-morning meditation schedule (I ended up putting the meditation between the weights and my AM cardio, but I later realized that I lost metabolic benefits by doing the meditation afterward).

It's a great program, though! I wish I didn't have so much to do in the morning, so I could keep doing it.

The muscle groups split is very good, the rest day is good, and the inclusion of EFAs (flax oil) is excellent. Besides, it gets into the heart of weight issues with the journal and motivation aspects.

from me!
