Donnie, it all depends. Green tea has many beneficial properties, so I'm sure you're getting some of them (anti oxidant, anti arthritic, anti carcinogenic, anti fungal, cholesterol lowering), but to get that metabolic boost you typically need between 125-500 mg a day, depending on how well it's been standardized.
