After eating them so much at visits to my mother in law's house I HATED green beans for years.
Then, after being on this diet I started having cravings for them! I never had cravings for green beans in my entire life!
We eat fresh ones (10 fresh green beans = 2 carbs) at least once a week here, this week we had them twice with my two favorite recipes:
green beans boiled lightly (4 min) then flushed with cold water then sauteed with olive oil and garlic and topped with parmeasn. YUM!

This low carbing has made me passionate about green beans!
