Default Splitting my 20 net grams through the day

Hey can anyone give me some suggestions onhow to split my 20 net grams of carbs through the day and what those carbs shoud be?

Are there no nuts on Induction?

Yeah, no nuts on induction but it doesn't last forever. It's not hard to split the carbs. Just try to have some at each meal. I have a salad for lunch or dinner (along with other stuff) and allowed veggies with the other. Your carbs on induction should mostly come from allowed vegetables. It takes awhile to learn everything but before long it will become second nature. I see on your profile that you've read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR.) That is the one you need. It has more info on induction than Atkins for Life. AFL is more for later in the program it seems to me. Good luck!

Heck, I think I have bought just about all of the books Dr. A wrote. But, I just wanted to mention that even in the 120-day record book by Dr. A, he describes induction very well to a point where you can understand it and it comes with a nifty journal. BUT, DANDR is a must if you really want to understand how and why your body will react in different ways during the different stages. What you should do if this happens, etc., etc...

DANDR is really a must read.

Also, nuts are allowed on the 3rd week of OWL.
