Default Giam Pilates

Growl. I tried my Giam Pilates for WEight loss again today. Half way through the workout the DVD once again freezes the video andcontinues with choppy audio. This was a brand new tape and it has done it both times I have tried to use it.

One a plus note though I could really feel the exercises, even on the beginer level. After the tape gave out I switched to my Yoga for weight loss, and found myself paying more attention to my core muscles thanks to the pilates and doing much better at the yoga.

I thin I may definetly get a pilates tape, I just have to figure out what I can get that's good, and cheap. I really liked the idea of the Giam tapes having different workout levels, but if it's not going to play it's useless. There is no way I can afford Windsor either.

On a sad note I have discovered after 2 c-sections I no longer have lower abdominal muscles. There must be something there under that huge pooch, but they are usless if they exist :P

Has anyone tried the tapes from "The Method" and "The New Method" ?

There are plenty of cheap pilates tapes that are worth it. I got my first pilates tape 2 years ago for $10. I used for a little while and quit, as you can tell by my weight, but I know they work. You may not lose as much on the scale, but inches deffinatly shrink away.
