Default Back at ONE!

Hi Everyone,

I need to fess up ~ I was bad yesterday and indulged myself in some chinese food I had been cheat free for 29 days and I ruined it. I just couldn't resist it, I had not craved anything for a very long time and yesterday I just had to have it. It's all TOM's fault!!!! (it always feels better to push the blame away from yourself doesn't it)

Anyway, I am back on track today and moving on, I know I can do it so move over let me have a seat back on the wagon... thanks guys I feel better now.

Hey, good job getting back on the wagon. I am planning a nice glass of grapefruit juice this Wednesday. I have been doing this since June 9 and not cheated once. The only thing I want is grapefruit juice. I tried diet grapefruit soda and that doesn't do it, so one glass of Juice on Wednesday and then I will be back on track too

Chinese food sets me back all the time...despite getting the food no sugar-no starch-no MSG. Its the sodium I guess.

Just get back on the wagon and you'll be fine...drink lots of water to flush your system out too.

hey drchickon -- have you tried Glaceau's fruit water? it's noncarbonated and unsweetened, and they've got a grapefruit flavor. They're what I turn to when I'm craving juice :-> If it doesn't work -- try mixing the grapefruit juice with the grapefruit water. Less of a cheat.

from a fellow grapefruit juice addict!

Hi LCalamari! 1 day is better than zero days. You stumbled and you got right back up. Good going!

But if you cheat again you're in big twouble....

Peace
