Happy Birthday, Al!

I, too, enjoy the Cinnamon Pork Rinds, but I also endulge in cheese chips (homemade or the "Just the Cheese" brand), pepperoni, cheese chunks, veggie sticks, etc.

There's so many options for us that the list could go on and on.

Welcome aboard and happy LCing!
Nikki

Elwoo- love the name! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

How about pepperoni slices nuked on a paper towel?

Angela's home made sf jello (knox, kool aid and splenda)- even better with cream cheese in it.

Boar's head thin sliced pastrami or turkey with some cream cheese spread in it and rolled up

These are my current favs.

Happy snacking! And Happy Bday to you.

I nuke an ounce of cheese, gets " crispy" / or, half a wasa with sugar free pnut butter, or the Atkins bags of chips aren't too bad either.

Happy birthday Elwoo!!

Almonds are good snacks. If you want something sweet try sugar-free Jello (with heavy cream or even cream cheese for the cheesecake taste!!)

I also keep the Atkins bars handy for emergencies. They make good snacking too!

Enjoy your birthday and your snacks!

I love macadamia nuts or almonds are good, too. But just about anything involving heavy cream makes me drool!
