no after pics yet, but some "during" pics.... they are linked in my signature. Great idea to put a bunch together... There are also a lot of other protein power success pictures on the site my pictures are hosted on.... run by a very generous low carber.

Do bear in mind that the best place for before and after shots is the "success stories" forum. If you've already posted pics, you won't be able to post them again in this thread: you'll have to link to wherever they're already posted.

Just for the heck of it: Before... ...and after. But I should mention - and this is why I have't written up a success story yet - that the weight isn't even the story. The pictures don't show that my acne is virtually gone, my moods are stable, my PMS is gone, my hypoglycemia is controlled, I have way more energy...
