Default Article on LC in Sunday Paper

Did anyone read the article in the Sunday paper (I forget if it was the Telly or the Herald) about the CSIRO "new" High Protien Low Fat diet.
This was enough to make even the most novice LCer confused.
It is definately not LC it is higher in protien than others but the fat content is so low that I wonder if

Hi everyone

I skimmed it, I didn't pay propper attention because it wasn't really Lc. This is a simmilar diet to the one I was talking about with Nushape. This is a result of all of the research proving that protein does help you loose weight and make you feel more full, therefore getting better results. And the low fat bit is probably due to all of those people who can't let go of what they have been told for years.

It is a step in the right direction

Nadia
