Unhappy Later start

Didn't get up at a decent hour...slept until 11:30
This is NOT a good time to go to the Y...the kiddies start coming in.
I almost didn't go...but decided I would only do the treadmill and pool.

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and jogged for 2 minutes every 5 and increased the speed for those 2 minutes. I actually had a sweat going!!

I then found an AB machine that won't remove my breasts, and did 2 reps of 10 on it.

Off to the pool for 10 laps.

While changing, was ogled and giggled at by 9 year old little girls...I was Soooo embarrased, I wanted to cry.
Please....ladies...if you have little ones at that age....alert them even fat people have feelings.
I was ready to give in right then and there.
There was only ONE mother in the change room, and I approached her as to the kids behaviour...her response? "come some other time then"

Not a good day

Off to the gym
Did the tread mill with the usual jog/walk/jog thing...I am really liking this, and this time I put it on a slight incline.

Did the AB machine again...did the reps.
Did the birthing chair...not pretty
Found a dorsal fin thingie again...just did mild reps..nothing to severe..just trying it out
Missed water aerobics, so did laps instead

I am so consistant

NO workout today..was really tired and kept putting it off, then when I wanted to go, was reminded about a dentist appointment.

I promise to run my tail off and do weights tomorrow.
For TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY!! lol

I think I am going into a manic mode...again.
My medication is being adjusted and should take about 2 weeks to notice or feel a difference. In the meantime, I still have SOME control
Was awake ALL night....and went to the gym at 6 a.m. and felt I will work my arse off in hopes that I tire out.

25 minutes on treadmill, while incorporating more jogging on it

worked machines pertaining to abs...butt, thighs, and calves.
2 reps of 10 using various weights. My legs are strong..just need to lift that butt up a few feet

Into the pool for only 3 laps, then did my own mock water aerobics for 15 minutes.

Total time at the gym....1 hour 30 minutes.
Tuckered me out somewhat.
