Looking at the nutritional information, the muffin mix and the cereal are exactly the same! Looks like you were eating cereal all along - funny how they market things. Thanks for those links.
I wanted to make some choc-coconut as suggested, but noticed I was missing a few ingredients. So, I made the recipe using 150mls of coconut milk (adding about 1 g of carb per muffin) and a bit of extra water. I grated 2 squares of the zero carb chocolate to sprinkle on top.
I've just popped them in the oven! Fingers crossed...
