Default Atkins Advantage Bars and Fitday

How do I get them entered? I see Fitday doesn't subtract out the fiber or anything else like the labels on the bars do.
Net carbs is 2g, but label says 21g carbs, 10g fiber and then it adds as a footnote to subtract out glycerin (9g) as well.
So, I try and put in 2g carbs and 10g fiber in fitday and it tells me carbs can't be less than fiber.

HELP!

I like the advantage bars - the peanut butter ones are my fav. Smores aren't too bad, didn't like the cookies and cream.

Put the 21g in the total carbs box, then put the 19 g (fiber plus glycerin) in the fiber box. That way when you look at your totals for the day, you can subtract the fiber from the carbs to get your net.

Darn, was hoping to not have to do it that way.

Oh well! Thank you!

You can also put in the fiber correctly, the amount of carbs as fiber plus net, and then include any glycerine or sugar alcohols under alcohol. Alcohol has a higher calorie rate then carbs, so you will have to play with the amount to get the calories to work out right.

There is a difference between the Russle Stovers and Advantage bars. The bars are protien bars. The endulge are the chocolate ones. They and russell stovers contain sugar alcohols which can stall some people. You can't really compair the two as one is a protien bar and the other is a candy subs.

Oh man, the pralines and cream one is divine! I am a white chocolate lover and these hit the spot! But choc decadance is good also. I make one last for 3 nights as a snack...it's enough
