You can also put in the fiber correctly, the amount of carbs as fiber plus net, and then include any glycerine or sugar alcohols under alcohol. Alcohol has a higher calorie rate then carbs, so you will have to play with the amount to get the calories to work out right.
There is a difference between the Russle Stovers and Advantage bars. The bars are protien bars. The endulge are the chocolate ones. They and russell stovers contain sugar alcohols which can stall some people. You can't really compair the two as one is a protien bar and the other is a candy subs.
