AlluraD I just started reading the success stories and you are such an inspiration.I have been on this plan 3 months and lost 18 pounds.I am now under 200 for the first time in 12 years.It feels great.I also have 50 pounds to lose but I know i can do it and if it takes a year that is ok too because I am staying on this plan for life.How are you doing now, I realizied this was written in Feb.Let me know how it is going with you because you give me hope to continue on.Thanks and again congrats

With all these such wonderful inspirations from all, how can any of us loose. I've lost another three pounds, of course the last five is a bit harder or I should say just plain slower. But you know, there is so many great foods out there and I'm loving some of the new found net 2 carb sweets too. Especially the enduldge brands.. just like a true hershey bar when I need my monthly fix.

Let's all keep it up....

I'm very excited to know so much and lose so much. I really dream that I could afford just a small cafe in Fresno, Ca and just serve breakfast & lunch. All the foods and deserts of Atkins.

Anything's possible, but I have to keep my husband's business going right now.....

How interesting............I started this thread last Feb............talked all about how Atkins was the ONLT thing that ever worked and how great I felt, NO MORE HEADACHES!! Arghhhhhhhhhh........just got back on track after being off for several months.............just got done with a bout of chronic headaches..........ei yi yi!!........well..........at least I am keeping it going and not giving up.......maybe this time next year I will not have had to learn this lesson over again!!!

I am glad to see a familiar face that is back on track! This is my first post since falling off last last spring then back on in the summer and off again!! I know this is the right way for me but there are just so many distractions along the way!
I am so proud and impressed with the people that have been plugging away while I have been lost in Carbo land! I wish I was one of them. I may even start a journal this ?? time around . Just a little commitment might be good for me!
I have been tempted to reply to so many others but, as you have done so well and are ready to jump back on well here's a hand up.....I am on day four and already feeling better!!
