I seems like most vitamins "may contain" glucose will this affect me during induction? Is there a better multi-vitamin out there that does not contain it? Thanks!

Mine doesn't have glucose, but it does have corn starch. It's a generic form of Centrum. It doesn't list calories and carbs, just the vitamins and minerals. But I figure I'm not getting enough starch in it to cause any trouble.

This seems to be my answer to everything lately....

Check out your local whole foods store. They carry products that are "health food" based, not junk food based like a typical grocery store. I'm almost positive they'll have a cleaner selection of vitamins there to choose from.
