Thanks Skamito! Yes... I do spend some time in the gym My wife has been joining me since she started dieting and does 1HR on the bike from 5AM to 6AM... not an easy task on 650 calories!!!
This is what I did for months 1&2... my wife has been on the same type of diet for the past 5 months ~ about 650 calories instead of 750 calories like I did... breakdown of pro/carb/fat was the same.
This is what I did for month 3... my mom's plan is very much like this...
This is what I did in the last month to shed my final 20 some odd pounds...
