Default What are your challenges?

I'm curious to know what people's challenges are, and how you have met them. As I have several -- planning, making sure I have everything to follow the plan, drinking water, exercising -- all things I don't do normally, which is why I'm posting in this forum -- I try to work on them one at a time. I've found that tackling everything at once is too much.

Anyone else? Anything that you know is a danger to derail you, or that you have to work particularly hard at? And how do you deal -- or have you dealt -- with it?

I kind of think it's what you do to get your mind around it.

I look at it as a "neighborhood repaving" project. The lifestyle is the neighborhood and what has to be smoothed is the roads. You pave one at a time and once it's finished, you work on the next one.

What about picking one, something easy like drinking water and when you feel comfortable enough that it's almost second nature, move on to the next thing.

Since I surround myself with all things LC, the planning etc. is never a problem.

What I'm working on right now is fidgety eating. There's always something to look forward to!

Welcome back Xan. It's been a while since you posted!

Karen
