Default I hate cooking!

I hate cooking, work in a mexican restaurant (OMG ALL THE CARBS!!!!) So, my bf and I eat out a LOT.

When I work I typically get a salad with diced chicken breast, tomato, bellpepper, cheese, guacamole, and a little salsa for dressing. If I don't get that I get the steak fajita (no tortillas, no rice, no bean). Only the beef, grilled vegetables (squash, articoke, zuccini, and carrots), guacamole, pico di gallo, and a very small amount of sour cream.

My weight loss is continuing but it's mucho slower. I'm wondering if I should just start cooking at home even though I really dislike it. I was cooking at home at first and the weight was coming off much faster.

I'm thrilled to have lost 11 lbs in 9 days. I'm just not ready for it to slow down yet! LOL Like any of us are??

Today I ate a salad with olives, tomato, onion, pickle, black pepper, and two small scoops of tuna. Red Wine Vinegar (no carbs! WOO) and Olive Oil for dressing. Omg it is sooo good.

You're doing fantastic!! If you do decide to eat at home more (this way you have total control over your food) why not have a big cook-off on your day off and freeze a bunch of meals, or prepare 2-3 days of meat and veggies for a fast stir-fry when you get home? LCing is perfect for really fast tasty meals with minimal hassle.

Cassie, you've lost so much weight and are adjusting quite well, it sounds like. I doubt eating out is slowing you down, your choices seem good. Truth is, we never lose as fast after the first couple weeks, so it's natural to slow down. Don't be discouraged. Sounds like you're doing everything right! Keep it up.

Edited to add: Oh, you could probably do without carrots though. They're a high carb, high glycemic vegetable and not very induction friendly. I usually pick them out if I don't want extra carbs.
