Default Best LoCarb Meal Ever !!

Actually one of the best meals of anykind. My wife and I are in Vancouver, BC and went to The FishHouse in Stanley Park - where Karen Barnaby - is the executive chef. She came out and met and visited with us. We had the ahi tuna, the maple tuna, and a lovely panna cotta for desert. Thank you Karen.....!! Here are some pix

Maybe in the original - but Karen's an expert in converting regular dishes into delicious, low carb ones.

Karen has posted the recipe in the low carb recipe section found on the orange bar at the top of the page. After seeing it I can't wait to try it.
