Great new find: Prepackaged Stuffed Chicken & Turkey

Net carbs: 3
Protein: 35g
Fat: 6g
Calories: 201 / breast

This week I found a great item in the deli of my local major supermarket: pre-packaged stuffed turkey and chicken breasts. They're shrunk-wrapped, can be frozen, and cooked up in the microwave in 3 minutes. Taste great.

One is stuffed with Cheddar & Broccoli, the other with two cheeses (not handy, sorry).

Brand: Jennie-O Turkey Store
(Wilmar, MN 56201)

Cost: about $6 for 2 breasts
