Okay Sammie,

You got me, screaming and kicking all the way TOM right now, but will post everything by the 20th. Thank goodness for the extended time. My goal will be to lose more inches and get to my goal weight of 140-145. Exercise, besides the screaming and kicking will be WAP 3mile tape and the Firm. Some walking at work. Also, to stick this one out all the way without blundering.

Love ya'll
Maxine

Hi there,
I would also like to join this challenge...I am going to go over to Mischa's sometime this week, and she will take pictures and do measurments for me...and get them posted.
My exercise will be to start the WAP, 2 mile, and increase it to 4 mile...and I will try to do it at least 4 times a week, maybe increase to 5 times a week by the end...
I have an injured back, so it will probably be slow going, but this should keep me working at increasing my activity level.
See you all on the 20th.

If you have posted measurements and have pics to follow, please edit them into the post that has your stats. When everyone has joined, we are going to try to link a list to the stat post for everyone. It will make it much easier for everyone to find their stats later on.

Thanks!

Sam

Thumbs up Count me in

jrzygirl, do you already have a digital photo that you want to attach? When you are writing a post, there is something just above the "Post Reply" button that says "Attach Files" and has a link that says "Manage Attachments." Clicking that pops up a little dialog window that lets you Browse on your PC to find where your image is.

I'll get my photos and measurements going, and figure out my goals...mostly, to do the Danskin triathlon, but that's on August 17th so there are two more months to consider.

Can I join? Can I ? Huh? Huh?

Hi guys, I'd love to join this challenge. I've never actually stayed on the program for three months at a stretch even though I've been doing this for years (which explains why I've been doing this for years).

Anyhoo I've got 15 - 20lbs to lose & my stats are as follows:

Bust -
Under Bust - 38"
Natural Waist - 29"
Belly at Button - 29"
Hips - 42"
Thigh - 24"
Calf -

I generally only measure my waist and thighs. Hope that's ok.

Will take some pics later.

Welcome aboard Max.....

Well I was having quite a hard time with visualization with you having NO bust measurement...but we don't aim to make anyone uncomfy. We try to keep things uniform as far as measurements go just to make it easier...the rah rah at total inches lost is more fair when everyone is measuring the same, but this isn't a competition in the true sense either. Even MEN and mastectomy patients have a bust measurement...lol Back fat counts in that area. Trust me I know...

Honest..if you want to just keep track of the numbers that you want...go ahead. This challenge is set up for us all to do our best...and make us feel better about ourselves.

It's wonderful to see new faces here too!!!!!

Sam
