Default Wheat Protein Isolate!!!

Here's a link to read up on it. It's not available until August at Locarber.com, and I haven't been able to find it listed anywhere else.

Just wanted to share the info on it. Sounds like a replacement for flour, one to one, with no need to add other ingredients unless you want to. And, it's only 1.5 carbs per cup!

I feel like this is a great discovery that the "twinkie" world of processed, fatty and sugared food stumbled on by accident as they looked for ways for make their processed foods even fluffier. But I am sure glad they are going to make it available to those of us who are recovering from "twinkie" indulgence. Thanks for the info!

Okay, I give. What's the site? I looked at low carb friends, and the guy was very withholding on his info.
