An easier way to figure this out in pounds might be

pounds x .45 x .6 (reduced protien plan)
pounds x .45 x .8 (recommended normal by some plans)

So for me - it would be

214.5 pounds x .45 = 96.5 kg x .8 (for normal protien plan) = 77.2 grams protein/day.

Just as a matter of interest, The Protien Power Lifeplan, by the Drs. Eades recommends significantly more than that. In my case, they suggest I eat 120 grams/day.
