For me
I find that on Atkins, I don't eat all that much protein anyways. My Fitday I did last was about 25% protein, sometimes more, but usually it's 70% fat, 20-30% protein, and 5-10% non-fiber carbs.
Now to answer your question, I have no idea what to tell you to do. I had protein levels of +2 a few months ago, but have 0 now. I do understand that high blood pressure and blood sugar is what gets the kidney's more than anything.
Someone else have more of an idea?
