Default Did I mess up??

I drank a diet vanilla coke yesterday. or started to drink it. Does that totally mess me up on induction. It had caffiene. I went for a root beer but they didn't have any at the store.
I also had 3 bites of a piece of bread. Does this mean I have to start over from Day 1?

This website is so informative. I really appreictes all of you and your ideas.

I'm not totally informed as I thought, but I have been doing the diet a long time on and off. The diet drinks with splenda are better but they affect people different, you want to stay away from aspertame if possible, if not it may not hurt you , just watch your weight it may stall you. You should just keep going from the ht now and try to resist temptation og the bread a little can hurt alot. There are many things tasty you can have , temptations like that will fade in a few days , trust me i'm in 4th week and staying satified.

Hope i helped a bit
Good luck

You should be fine Stay away from that bread though, it's nasty stuff for us lowcarbers!

After induction you can select from many types of lowcarb bread. They even have breadmix now for fresh baked bread.

Today I have been pretty good. And I have a ton of chicken cooking in the oven to give me plenty of snacking foods!!
