Question

Is it OK to stay at 20 carbs?

I went to a party last night and told someone I was Low carbing and trying to stay at 20 carbs. They told me you are only suposed to stay at 20 during the 2 week induction. I have been LC for about 6 weeks now do I have to up my carbs?

There a couple threads here about extended Induction and how long people have been on it, and it looks like many people have been on Induction for months and months with no ill effects. I believe Atkins says up to 6 months is OK. Correct me if I am wrong
