Please....does anyone know what drinks are made with Splenda? or sucralose, same diff.

In Dr. Atkin's New Diet Revolution he strongly suggest during INDUCTION that you only drink things sweetened with SUCRALOSE also known as SPLENDA (p.128).

The only drink I know of is CRYSTAL LIGHT. I have drank sooo much water and CRYSTAL Light until I am NUTS! I want to be strick during my INDUCTION and not break the pattern......

BUT.....CAN'T FIND OTHER DRINKS SWEETENED WITH SPLENDA!
HEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPP!

I found a soft drink made with Splenda today at Krogers! Boy, was I happy girl !!!!!

The soft drink is made by Hansens.....you can check out their website at www.hansens.com and if you can't find a store nearby that carries them, you can order them online.

I bought the Diet Kiwi Strawberry and it is very tasty --- I was a little hesitant to buy it at first, 1) because I was afraid that it would taste funny and 2) because it was a little pricey, $2.99 for a 6-pack, but after I had one earlier, I was very happy that I bought them. It tasted terrific and did not leave an aftertaste.

I noticed that you are from Louisiana....what part? I live in Lake Charles.

Re: the Crystal Light --- I believe it has aspartame in it....

I know that all of the Diet Rite drinks (RC Cola) and the flavored water called Fruit 2O use the Spenda sweetner. Hope that helps.

Just finished my 3rd day on INDUCTION and 3 days of straight Crystal Light is enough! LOL -----which by the way, I re-checked the label on your advice Vanessa (thanks) but there is no aspartame in the Crystal Light Lemonade. Maybe the other flavors do.

I have heard that some RC doesn't have splenda so be sure to read label. I have found a brand in our outlet store called waist watcher...It is very good and made with slenda. I bought some colo flavoring from davinci and am going to put it in selzer to see if I can make my own...will see

The diet Rite is weird to me. It tastes syrupy and leaves a bad aftertaste. I like the Diet RC. The Fruit2O is awesome, I like orange and grape, and strawberry. There is another drink if you have Kroger's there and they are bubbly and called Clear...well something Clear or Clear something. They are the BEST flavored waters and are huge and only .50 each. All the flavors are great. I always re-read the ingrediants to make sure they are okay.

Also, if you have da Vinci syrups, which are sugar free- made with splenda- you can mix those with club soda for a nice drink.

How much da Vinci syrup do you use? I haven't
found the right combination yet. I bought the cola flavor at netrition.com it was really a good price!

I've been drinking Kool Aid sweetened w/ splenda. It's a nice change from the sodas, and it's really inexpensive too .

Arizona Total Trim RX grapefruit drink is sweetened with splenda. it has 2 carbs/8 oz.

i buy kool-aid in individual packets (without sweetner) and make it up using stevia. i actually found a generic kool-aid at 1/2 the price of regular kool-aid in our regular grocery store, also unsweetened. i make it up the same way.

about the da vinci syrup. I have only found the vanilla and hazlenut and I use 1-2 tbsp. per cup of coffee. Very tasty. I also put the vanilla in cream cheese (about an oz. of cream cheese and 1tbsp. syrup, then some cinnamon) it is heavenly.
