Default From a friend

I have not personnaly tried this; however, my friend's husband uses hot sauce and butter. He heats this on low heat until it is completely mixed, then pours it on the chicken and bakes.

I am planning on trying it this week. I will try to post the outcome.

Default Buffalo Wings

Buy a bag of raw frozen chicken wings,
put a few in a colandar and run under cold water for like 5 to 10 min to thawed..
Then easiest is in a deep frier till golden brown or look done...

Then i use Franks Red Hot sauce with butter

measure i use is half cup of franks red hot and half cup butter

Then put them in a sauce pan till hot or bubbling then toss the wings in and mix if wanting it more hotter add just a little more franks in to the sauce

I then place them on a plate and eat them with ranch dressing the Hidden Valley brand made from the packet not the bottle
taste ten times better taste more fresh and bold then tangy

if no deep frier you can put oil in a family size skillet and fry them that way

And enjoy

Default Oh YA

They are great!!!!
Fried no flour required!!!

Hey this also works for chicken breasts...best with skin on but still good without..

I just spnkle on some spices and toss in the fryer until crispy and yummy

If you don't have a fryer and you like wings you should consider getting a small one you can pick up a small one for about 20 $

Kinda cool to be able to eat fried foods and lose weight...while others eat fat free dressings and mayo...eww

Cool

Ditto here on the frozen Tyson ones. I use my "convection" oven and they are done and delicious in 7 minutes. Add a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping and I'm in heaven!!!!

Willow Brook puts out some awsome wings to I like the hot ones and get "Carb Well Blue Cheese Dressing" it has "0" carbs per serving! But I am going to try the fried ones I needed a reason to buy a fryer!

We're trying wings tonight. The recipe I saw (on the back of the Durkee's hot sauce, the original Buffalo Wings hot sauce) said to either deep fry them, or to bake in an oven at 450 for 1 hour. That should make them very crispy, but I'm afraid it might also make them dried out. We'll see. Only after you cook the wings do you then put them in a big bowl and toss with sauce.

I always prefer blue cheese dressing. There are lots of great and easy blue cheese dressing recipes that are lc.

Mmmmm! Hot Wings on a Hot Day after working out. I can't wait!

Well, we tried them and they really worked! Didn't need to fry them, too messy for me, and they got crisp skins and tasted great! An added bonus is that they also rendered out a fair amount of chicken fat which I refrigerated in a bowl and used to make a goat-cheese omelt this morning. It gives a nicely subtle hint of extra richness. One hint is that it didn't require the full hour. 45 minutes seemed to do the trick.

And what's also good is that chicken wings are cheap!
