Just discovered sugar free Creme Savers. Five pieces at 0 carbs. I bought the chocolate caramel, only had one piece because they last a long time and get right to the sweet tooth. Better than a low carb (hi calorie) bar for a quick fix.

are there any hidden carbs?

As far as I could figure out there are no hidden carbs, 23 carbs, 23 sugar alcohal carbs, that makes zero right? (Please say yes)

Im not sure.. Im new to this.. lol.. seems like I remember reading about any kind of sugar, or sugar alcohol in the ingredients.. that its a no no? but Im not really sure.. Sorry wish I could help more.

That's quite a bit of sugar alcohol. SA affects people differently. That would prolly kill me by means of gastritial explosion or something. ô¿ô.

Some folks do think that you should cound SA's at 60% for carbs. up2u

I count 1 carb per 5 pieces.

I had these a while back (strawberry) and they were delicious! Didn't have any trouble with the sugar alcohol in them, although I sometimes do with the chocolate sf candy. They definately hit the spot Then again...I didn't eat five pieces at a time, either...just one did the trick.
