Talking Introducing me...

Hi.
I just started the CAD and needed some support and had some questions as well. The first few days is it normal to feel tired and irratible, etc. Any ones experience with this diet, your advice would be of great help. Thanks.

Default 10 days now

I've been doing this for 10 days now. The first 5 I felt awful and tired. The last 5 I've felt better than I ever have in my life.

I didn't weigh myself and don't even own a scale. I know I have about 50-60 pounds to lose and figure the clothes will tell me the story.

If I don't lose an ounce I'll probably try to stick with this because of the GIGANTIC improvement in my energy level.

Default very normal

Very normal to feel a bit tired and irritable the first few days. You are breaking an addiction to sugar, and that's not an easy thing to do.

Stick with it. It will get markedly better and you'll most likely feel great in no time. I have definitely never had more energy than I have with this WOE!

Good Luck!

Jeannie
