Default Guess what's in my pants!!

I am!!

Size SIXTEEN pants to be exact.

When I started this 7 weeks ago, I was wearing a size 24 jeans. The inch fairy has not only paid me a visit, but that cute little woman has just moved on in with me!! As of this morning at the doctor's office, I am only down by 17 lbs. But at the pace that I'm losing inches, I'm going to be a 200 lb size 4. LOL.

My "secret" is Pilates. Those tapes have made me a new woman. (Literally and figuratively. )

Way to go! I can't wait until i actually go down a size...i have a whole box full of size 12 clothes that i'm hoping to get into eventually. Isn't it a great feeling to actually see the results?

Kudos to you! (and send that fairy on over for a visit! hee-hee)

That's awesome! I've lost 20lbs but not a many inches. You're the third person that mentioned "pilates". Going to get me a copy of a tape or two! Keep us posted!

you made me chuckle with this post. i've been a little down on myself because i am now in a 14-16 (heehee) but still weigh over 200 pounds. how can that be? my secret is pilates, also. i love it and it works!

congrats!

i am jealous now, lol. i weigh 183 and I am barely in a 16 now. I walk everyday (almost) 4 miles. I had never heard of pilates before finding this sight.

but congrats to you. i dont know whether i would rather have the weight gone or the inches. im thinkoing the inches since that is what everyone else notices.

You gotta tell, really....Is it Winsor Pilates????? or a tape from the library or somethin'?

I am a former BFLer, hiker, tae-bo-er, biker and phitness phreak, but since I've been dealing with this candida I want something much lower impact. It ain't easy exercising ferociously with 40 extra pounds

I like yoga for the stretching but it takes too long and makes me want to fall asleep instead of meditate LOL

I like the look of winsor pilates. if that's what y'all use maybe I'll get it.

I am curious also about which pilates you used. I love infommercials and I watch every time Winsor Pilates comes on. I want to order but I can image DH's reaction if I said I wanted to order ANOTHER workout tape....
