Yes, it does get easier! I haven't seen the Denise Austin pilates tapes, but I started the Winsor Pilates a month ago. There is a person on the video doing the exercises with modifications for a "delicate" back, neck, etc., and at first I could only do those. But now I do most of them without modifications.

If it helps, I can guarantee that you will see your stomach literally melt away, so it is worth every bit of torture! I do the twenty minute workout every day and I just can't believe how flat my stomach is getting AND my thighs are an inch thinner AND it's only been a month! And for the first three weeks I did the workout three times a week.

So hang in there and enjoy the changes to come!
