Talking ground pork rind

ok gang,
i am up here in alaska and we dont get things as easily as you do. i see all these wonderful recipies using ground pork rind. Where can i get it??????
i am doing great. i had a day to "cheat" and i felt terrible. i was bloated and tired and hungry all day. when i am doing Atkins i am not hungry and even have to remind myself to eat. it is great. the headaches are also going away. oh darn.
i am having fun finding all the wonderful things i can have on this low carb. i thought i would have to give up choclate and sweats but the health food store has great stuff. i even found mint patties that were awesome. (hheeee now i cant remember where i got them)
would love to hear from any of you.
deb

well can you get pork rinds in a bag up there? They come under many different brands. So get ahold of a bag of pork rinds and then pour some in a gallon size freezer bagie and roll with a rolling pin or can of vegies if you don't have one...roll and crush and pound until ground...that how I did it

Default hello Deb

I'm glad I saw your post here!!! I'm also glad you are having fun.

You know I don't think you can purchase preground porsk rinds anywhere that i know oh...

Putting your picture on....well you take picture and you have to make it no bigger than 100 pixels by 100 pixels...you use a program to do it...if you don't have one I saw a recent post about a free picture reduction program you can download..do a serch
and try to find it

Then you click up on the top here on profile then edit option go down to where it says avatar and click custom and browse find your reduced pic and click enter

I'm sure someone could have explained this better but will this help??
