Default Blew it again

I was so good for the last few weeks and was starting to feel lighter, then I had people over all weekend and partied and ate.....

so, now my pants feel tighter and im mad at myself.

I have to go shopping too as the fridge is empty. part of the problem,

will do the meat and egg fast this week to undo the damage.

Who has don the meat and egg fast, and is is good, or is the meat or egg alone fast better.

I have a Banquet this friday night, so booze again, i should be able to eat fine though. buffet meal......

I think alot of us had trouble this weekend. Ihadnt cheated onpurpose for 3 weeks and blew it yestreday, pizza, pop, milk, and a cake.

So we will all just get ourselves back to the drawing board. I dont feel like I have to start over tho. Just get back to what I was doing before.

Keep up the good work you were doing and you will get back on track.

Good luck.

I've been having a very hard time lately as well. Last weekend we installed playground equipment at our park. I was there for 12 hrs on Saturday and 6 hrs on Sunday. Lunch was provided - sandwiches and pizza, cookies, etc. I planned to come home and eat, but - I was one of the main people involved with the project and when I did try to run home they came right after me with questions - so I went back and ate there cuz I was starving.

This weekend we had a huge fundraiser yard sale. Pretty much the same situation. Not to mention I have not had time to go shopping and the fridge is empty.

Last weekend I was up four lbs, but had taken them off by the end of the week. This weekend was not so bad. I was back to LC yesterday, so I only messed up Friday night and Saturday. I was only up one pound this morning.

Hopefully things will slow down a bit now and I can get back on track. The only stumbling blocks I see ahead are a couple of nights camping with my mom and the 4th of July.

Good luck to everyone! Summer's gonna be a challenge.

I thought I was the only one that had fallen off this weekend but I guess not. There are these cookies call Prinzen Rollen which are these large sandwich type cookies with very thick very creamy chocolate filling, my son loves these and I have had them in the house the entire time I started Atkins, however something happened to me and I have eaten the entire roll!!! I do not even want to weigh myself! I going to go back on induction!!

I also didn't do too well this weekend, or Thursday and Friday of last week for that matter! But I'm back on track and aiming for my 20grams each day. We'll make it!!!
