Default Too much of a good thing?

Fitday has been helping me keep track of my nutrients as well as carbs/cals ect. One of the features I love. I know it is bad to get to much of certain vitamins and minerals, like C, but what others. Here's some examples just from today.

868.09% RDA Vitamin E

1648.2% RDA Vitamin B-6

Vitamin B-12 825.21%

Iron 666.62 %

These seem high almost every day. The ones that are around 300% or less I'm not to concerned about. The calcium is high, but I take alot of that after hearing it helps weight loss.

Default I wondered about this too.....

One day my fitday showed I got 2968% of vit E!!!
And some ridiculous totals for other nutrients. I wonder if some how I entered the values for the Atkins 3 supplement wrong.

In fact, I must have....I have over 900% of E for today and all I entered so far was 5 oz turkey and 1 atkins vitamin. 5600% of B12 too. Sheesh.
