Yesterday I was helping to cut cake at a birthday party and licked the frosting off of my fingers.

After ten months of LCing, my daughter had lots of leftover birthday cake. I served it up later that evening to my DH, sister, and BIL. I ran my finger along the edge of the box and ended up with a big blob of frosting on my finger. Pre-LC days, I would have eaten it, no problem. I just washed my finger off in the sink. Eventually, old habits do die. Good luck on your LC journey!!!

Hiya All!

Once I was in my kitchen and getting some water. My back was turned toward the greater kitchen area. I thought I heard a noise behind me...and as I was turning around to see what it was...I was hit on the head...dragged to the floor...and held down...while a bag of M&M's were poured down my throat (ONE pound bag, of course). I had to no choice but to eat them...spitting out the green one's as I munched along!

Then I woke up....and had a cup of tea with spenda!

Best to all;
Jake

I had a strange dream last night too abvout food. I started to eat a pizza, and as soon as my teeth sunk into the crust, I relized that was a nono. I let go and just ate the cheese I'd be worried about obsessing when my eating habits make it into my dreams, but it sounds like I'm not the only one with yummy sleep.

Had to chuckle. . .as an artist everything is a visual for me. . .and I just pictured you racing to the bathroom like you had something really bad in your mouth. . .bad chocolate milk. . .redawn
