Hi Candice,
It's good to see you posting again!
That's a hard question to answer. I suspect you are right about it being a medication. I have had that problem only recently with a new drug. I was able to scrap the drug, but I realise you may not be able to do that.
The best thing I can suggest is to reread your book, and just restart Induction. But first, have a ritual "remove the carbs" session. I know if I am even faintly tempted and there is sugar in the house, I'll make some excuse to eat it. So I would definitely suggest removing all "bad stuff" from your kitchen before you even try to restart.
The other suggestion I'd make is to maybe look at other plans. Maybe if you had a plan that permits more carbs than Atkins, it might be easier for you. They all work, but in different ways and at different speeds. And losing more slowly is better than what you are going through now. I'm thinking perhaps Schwarzbein, or even CAD. Although the reward meal send a lot of people into binge land, so maybe not that one. Have a look at "Which low carb is right for me?" (to the right of the screen) for summaries of other plans. perhaps you could get a couple of books out from the library.
Just a thought.
I wish you all the best, Candice.
