Unhappy Please advise ...

Hi, All - I am getting a little frustrated because I haven't seen any weight changes in the last couple of weeks it seems. I know that this is probably normal, but I would love it if some experienced Atkins folks could take a look at my food intakes and see if I may be making a mistake... please click on the "My Fitday" attached in my signature.

Just a note: I have no intention of deviating from this WOE, I love how I feel - I just want to make sure I am doing it "right".

Also, I always drink between 80-120oz of water a day. Thanks!

I think you are doing great and should be proud!
I went 4 weeks without weight loss, but I've lost 4 inches in my waist alone. Are you measuring???
Try to eat fresh veggies every day. Eat enough calories (I eat 1700-2000 / day)
As you said: you are happy with this, hang on! We'll be celebrating your whoosh in no time!

Yes, my Fitday is complete (other than today since it's still morning here) ... I will work on upping the fresh veggies.

I have been measuring, although not religiously. You're right, though - I do need to chill, I am seeing improvements there. Thanks!

Unhappy At least you're not gaining...

...I lost eight pounds on induction in the first three weeks - obviously it was mostly water. I've remained on induction ever since (started the Monday after Easter) and have GAINED back all but three pounds! I've also exercised (strength training) regularly. In case you're wondering, I haven't lost inches instead of pounds. I weigh, and look in my clothes, about like I did when I started.

Any one have any pearls of wisdom for me??

VAchick.
Post what you are eating. Also with strength training you could be adding muscle mass.

Do you have Decaf Coffee and also are you eating the Jell-o Brand Jello in the stores?

You are probably going over your allotted cheese amount of 3-4 oz.

I love ricotta with protein powder but I lose better without it.

Is slenda Splenda or is it something else?

Splenda is limited to 3 packs a day.

More veggies, how about another salad at lunch or some green beans or spinach.

Red face

Veggies, honey, more veggies and lots of water! I eat a protein in the morning for breakfast-usually an egg of some sort, then meat and veggies for lunch and dinner-and TONS of water!
