I am 5'6" and my goal weight is 130. At this height that is the lowest weight I've been, but I remember always fluctuating between 130-150 during high school, then ballooning to the all-time high of 185 in college (ugh...not a good time to be fat). Then I lost 20 lbs on Scan Diet my senior year, only to gain it all back in the past year, and now I'm -15lbs again so to be honest, I'd be really happy at 150 as well.
But ultimately, I WILL be 130!!!!!!
Edit: oh I forgot to mention, it's really not the NUMBER that matters. I have this one "skinny" outfit that I looked good in in high school (was 5 years ago!), so I want to fit into that outfit again, and if I do, even if I'm over 130, I'm good to go! I have that outfit hanging in my closet right now. =)
