Can't say for sure, but I'm loosing
I was walking down the diet aisle a couple of months ago and came across Chrom Slim Apple Cider Vinega Plus.
The Chromium in them keeps the blood sugar levels balanced between meals so you are less likely to snack and metabolizes fats and carbs.
The Apple Cider Vinegar gets rid of excess fluids and aids in fat burning. Do they work? In my case I'd say that they do, I take two per day at one time with a meal, usually in the evening.
After the first month I noticed that I didn't gain the usual 3-4 lbs at TOM. I no longer had a 1 and 2lb water weight fluctuation on the scale from day to day which let me know that I was actually losing fat and not retaining and losing water over and over.
I've lost 33 lbs in 4 months and have had a few significant cheats, not out of craving but just because I was out with co workers and wanted to eat what they ate. I think taking the tablets kept me from going on an all out binge after consuming
desserts, rolls and pasta that I knew I shouldn't have had.
I've joined the June "No Cheats Challenge" and am going to stick with and stick with this WOE because it is definitely working for me and with me.
