Default Romaine lettuce

Does anyone happen to know how many carbs are in one leaf of romaine lettuce? The carb counter here gives the carbs in 100 gm quantity, but I'm only having one leaf to wrap my lunch in.

Anyone know?

Wendy

Hi Wendy,

The carb counter will show a list, based on 100grams, but once you click the "Detail" link and see the detailed listing, there's a little menu to change the unit, and there's an option per leaf for it

LOL, it is Wendy, it came out to .24g per leaf! Now that's better than bread any day!
