It was a pleasure to read your frank and honest story, I guess most of us here can relate to much your shared, I had promised and broken my promise to loose weight for years and I was simply eating myself to the grave. Is it not great that we have come to learn that this way of eating works. The journey is a long one, with many difficulties on route, but together on this forum, time after time you see people reach out and help other over the difficulties in the knowledge that someday it will be them helping you.

Great to meet you, do start a journal and soon you will have all the support you will need. I don't think you or anyone can do this alone, but together we can make it.

Well done on those pounds lost and that feeling of being back in controll, hope to see your posts and have a good weekend.
