Yes! It looks like you just started to use it today. Give it a couple of days and then we will have a better idea of your meals. Or you could just post what you eat here.

I would say so far for today you are doing well, except maybe for the Diet Coke. The aspartame can contribute to stalls in some people. I'll check it again later and see how you do for your other meals.
