Default Breakfast rush

I just had a great breakfast. I don't know the breakdown nutricianaly becasue I havn't entered it in fitday yet, but I feel great from it.

Does anyone else find that after some meals they get a rush of energy almost right away and really feel great?

So, what was it? I feel pretty good with yogurt and blueberries.
Don't have it very often, tho.

I have a lot of evergy today too but I think it's because I'm high (low drug tolerance) off the Sudafed I took this morning!

I find that I get lots of energy about an hour after eating a cheesy bacon omelette. It lasts all the way to lunch.

A couple of soft-boiled eggs with lots of butter and a mug of English Breakfast tea with cream and Splenda gets me going and ready for my workout. Or maybe it is all the vitamins I take after eating...

It was a really ihgh cal one, so probably won't do it often.

2 eggs scrambled
2 slices turkey bacon
1 slice canadian bacon
1.5 oz left over corned beef.

I scrambles the eggs and cooked bacon in microwave. I then cut up the canadian bacon and beef and fried them with Atkins pancake syrup. After they were a bit browned I added back in the eggs and crumbled bacon. When it was all done I mixed in about 1 tbsp of sour cream. Yummmmy
