I AM getting the idea that it's sort of a step "down" for a fit/gym person. However...I find myself wondering if it's better to do a step "down" that is constant and I find fun than to be constantly MAKING myself go to the gym.
I miss the Jazzercise days. THAT was perfect for me.
Until then, I think I'll finish my one week trial and go back to the gym.
